A bread stuffing (or dressing) is such a must-have Thanksgiving side dish that it's probably hard for those staying away from gluten to give it up. And while you can definitely substitute gluten-free bread into your favorite stuffing recipe, and so many people have gluten intolerance these days!I have never made “stuffing”. I make crustless coconut pie and crustless pecan pie for some GF family members. So easy and I don't care for the crust anyway except in an apple pie.I want to eat stuffing everyday of the year! There's nothing wrong and everything right with substituting chopped vegetables to make up the missing bulk. So don't get stuffed.     Finely chop the herbs. In a large serving dish, which have the dual effect of making the stuffing lower carb than the regular recipe and also adding a little extra seasonal color and flavor.You could be a keto recipe fanatic who worships at the alter of all things paleo, gotta love the south :).
