Thanks for your inspiring blog! I have set up my crock pot in a make shift outdoor kitchen on the porch. It will be there all summer and I plan to use it lots to avoid heating up the kitchen. Yesterday, Tonight I also tried using the Philadelphia cooking cream tubs instead of bricks of cream cheese. They were much smoother and easier to incorporate! They melted in very quickly.
