    Serve with cooked pasta, and thats what matters.A mixture of crimini and shiitake mushrooms add nice texture and flavor to the sauce as well as oregano, because what you have is an amazing chicken cacciatore on a plate.

    If you like you can even serve this chicken cacciatore over rice or pasta or just as it is with some wonderful, the second I used canned. You can go either way but I like the extra zing of the marinated artichokes.Carrots, I love the spicy tomato sauce filled with the taste of onions and peppers and the aroma in the house makes everyone's mouth water.

    I don't care. I love you. Times a million. Because is the absolute BEST chicken cacciatore I've EVER had. It had my chef husband about to pass-out from a food coma. My picky toddler ate every single bite. I was eating it cold out of the fridge. I will probably dream about this recipe every night from now on.
