    Puree on high until as smooth as possible.If needed, or until spinach is wilted and soft. Then I use the same method. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the spinach or cauliflower purée.That's a great idea, Add as much basil as you think your baby will enjoy. Some really love stronger flavors and might enjoy a good handful of basil in their puree!
