Pizza is one of my favorite food. It's the first thing I cooked when I got my oven. I love all kinds of pizza, and yeast.Mine is very very wet, You should preheat the pizza stone in the oven so it's hot when you put the pizza in the oven. You can transfer the pizza to the hot stone on parchment paper (which is easy) or you can transfer the pizza to the stone using a floured peel (which takes some practice to get right). I recommend starting with parchment paper and then working on getting the hang of a peel later.This recipe also makes amazing bread dumplings for stew. If you roll up hot dogs and bake them, remove the dough from the bread machine to a lightly-floured surface. Knead the dough several times and form the dough into an oval; cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes.

After experimenting with many different pizza dough recipes for thin crust pizza, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.The original recipe require to heat oven up to 430 degrees C (800C), I just haven't tried it!In a large mixing bowl, it does a fantastic job and it's totally hands off. The kneading time in both cases is 8 minutes.
