She swore the place would turn me into a spice snob (not a bad thing) and she was correct. I walked around the store sniffing at random vials for at least an hour. So much fun. I won't go into detail about individual spices - which all seem much fresher than bottled mainstream-brand spices you'd get at the grocery store - but I will tell you about a few of my favorite blends, but better than my old standards.
I'm especially looking for some ideas to add to some healthy meals, Delicious! I love using this in vegetable stews. The combination of all the spices with the lavender is really lovely.
