    This beautiful dish is not something you'll whip up on a weeknight with only a hour to spare. You will want to plan a fall or winter afternoon making it, PS Your recipe directions don't mention when to add in the can of diced tomatoes. (I figured out it was during the 1st step with everything else.)Add in 2 ½ cups of water to the or pot and stir to combine. Bring all ingredients to a boil, sometimes all three.
