I am starting a DietBet challenge of my own on July 1st which will run until July 28th, so I have a collection of various other types of recipes I have collected through out the years in my recipe section. It tastes good as just salad with a little drizzle of Asian slaw dressing and maybe some nuts, loved the veggies but didn't like the dressing flavor profile at all. It was way too salty and garlicky and just did not work well with the sweetness of the cranberries or the taste of a slaw. I feel like this could have been a much better salad with a different dressing. The kale also seemed completely unnecessary. Deleting the pin and will not make again.

Add four thin top sirloins (about four ounces each) to the marinade and coat both sides. Cover with an airtight lid and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for more flavor. Grill on medium-high heat to reach the desired doneness. Serve with sauteed fresh mushrooms and red onions on top.
