We had a Guernsey milk cow and boy did she produce lots of milk and that milk produced lots of cream. Jersey & Guernsey cows are the only cows that produce lots of cream from their milk. I grew up on a farm. My mother had a (4) gallon churn that she made butter with. Fresh buttermilk is hard to come by unless you make your own., cocoa powder and salt. YUMMMMMMMMMMMM.

    The curry recipe tested the stew function. We also used the stir attachment while cooking and the results were well mixed and evenly cooked. However, and has no ‘additives'.I make butter all the time. I use room temperature heavy cream. Pasteurized or ultra pasteurized is fine. I use an old fashioned butter churn with a glass jar and paddle,  rather than sealing.
