    Start stirring, and it was rustic looking and tasty half bread flour and half semolina.UPDATE: If you get a starter, I started my potato flake starter with pkg'd yeast. Now that it is several months old and making some amazing tasting bread I was curious it by now it is “wild” or is it still considered pkg'd yeast? Does that make any sense?
