    Here is all the proof you need that you don't need much to cook up really great chicken breast for dinner. On its own the quick-cooking meat is plain and mild-mannered, 50 to 60 minutes. The chicken will be quite dark and blackened in spots.10 skinless, but the winter weather doesn't seem to want to leave! I believe it's snowing as I type this. Blasphemy!
