We're so proud of seeing them grow as men, a business can protect the overall look and feel of a product if it serves to distinguish the brand. Over the years she has developed many recipes that taste just like restaurant recipes., I am always shocked at every dentist appointment when he walks away cavity free. Must be all my nagging for him to remember to brush and floss!BEST RECIPE! I've made it two times for gatherings and just got a message from my dad: “do you think you could make that ice cream cake for Fathers Day dessert?” YES!! It's a bit of a labor of love but worth every second. Way better than store bought! And sooo fun to create!! Thank you for this recipe!!!I am making this now (almost done) but I did want to ask about the recipe. The recipe calls for 2qt of each kind of ice cream so in total 4qt in a 9″ springform pan but once I got 1qt in the pan the pan was half full. I went ahead and put 1qt of each flavour and it filled the pan to the top exactly. Did you mean 2qt ice cream total? Also when I flipped the cake out of the pan I was unable to lift off the bottom part of the springform pan as using 24 cookies there was just a layer of loose cookie crumbs so the cake was seperating where the cookies are. It's like there was not enough fudge and too much cookies. I used the 2 cups of fudge. Anyway it all seems to be working out with a
This cake is a keeper. Turned out really nice followed the easy directions exactly the way it says and it turned out great. This cake is very tasty I don't eat much of my own cooking but this one I did. I'm making it again tonight on request of many. Thanks for this recipe for it is a keeper…, I made this past Sunday. It was great except the cookie layer the crumbs were too flaky and powdery. It did not stick on the ice cream. I am not sure what I did wrong but could it be because I crushed the Oreos in a food processor vs chopping them with a knife? How should the cookie consistency be? Also can I frost and keep it in the freezer for two days? Thank you in advance for your response. In a mixing bowl, a base and a ring. I used just the ring part to punch out the circles of cake. You should be able to get at least 8 slices out of a 6 inch cake. You could get a couple more if you slice very thinly.I just made it last night for my daighter's 2nd birthday and to accommodate the larger group need doubled all the recipes (worked great!) and baked using one half sheet and one quarter sheet pans and then a 10” ring. I watched a couple 5 min YouTube videos of the cake construction and would recommend that to help visual learners like myself. MUCH less difficult than I was expecting looking at the recipes and instructions and probably one of the three best tasting and textured cakes I've ever made.MY OCD NOTE in the video you can see that the marshmallow on top of the cake was very thin I wasn't happy with it so the next time I made it I made an additional change. After poping the cake out of the glass bowl (that had a flat bottom) I cut the very top of the cake off to get the coconut off and leave fresh marshmallow exposed and I made a very small batch of marshmallow and added it to the top, fluffy cake layers.Nutrition Facts Serving Size: 1 Serving Calories 730 Calories from Fat 360 % Daily Value Total Fat 40g 62% Saturated Fat 21g 107% Trans Fat 1g Cholesterol 190mg 63% Sodium 550mg 23% Potassium 250mg 7% Total Carbohydrate 83g 28% Dietary Fiber 2g 10% Sugars 62g Protein 9g % Daily Value*: Vitamin A 20% 20% Vitamin C 0% 0% Calcium 10% 10% Iron 10% 10%
