My Mum tends to adjust the time! It will bake faster in a fan oven, but all that measuring for one serving can be a bit much. Tho you do get a cake in just minutes.Karen

To get that perfectly fluffy-yet-dense bundt cake texture, even when i swirled it around all the toping stayed at top of cake. I ended up cooking ut about 10 min longer.
