As long as your strawberries are nice and fresh I don't see why they wouldn't last overnight. I would also recommend not putting on the graham topping until you are a ready to serve. Hi Jessica! I agree about the holes. When I buy really big strawberries they naturally have really hollow insides. But the smaller berries always seems to need to be hollowed. I just used a paring knife and gently take out some of the white inside. Also I find using a piping bag with a large tip helps fill it up as full as it will get 😉, and brown sugar. Process until crumbly and voila! No need to crush the graham crackers ahead separately.To finish, and . If you don't have any vanilla bean paste vanilla extract can be in place BUT I recommend getting a bottle of the paste soon. It's vanilla heaven in a bottle. I'm not even kidding when I say it's vanilla bean heaven it is! It adds the most luxurious vanilla flavor PLUS you get all those pretty little vanilla beans specs.Back to the cheesecake What made me think of making this cheesecake was last night my friends kept talking about strawberry dessert after dinner.     I tried the original recipe on here and it was delicious, this reminded me of that day! and I was just thinking of what cool refreshing dessert I could make for an upcoming party ……Thank you!Optional: Feel free to add mix-ins to the cream cheese - lemon zest, they are amazing! I ate four of them yesterday. I could have eaten more but I restrained myself. It was not easy. Trust me.
