I brought it to countless gatherings and every single time people commented on how great it was. Only once someone guessed “the secret ingredient” (the chickpeas base) … and that's because my friend is also a big lover of Katie's blog !, just pipe it into the shells. Just don't put it in the shells a day or two in advance because they will get soggy.
