    Updated June 2019 EGG MUFFINS ARE A QUICK AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST, sugar-free apple butter and doubled the blueberries! I didn't have any vanilla or sweetener but figured the apple butter and extra blueberries were enough. Was not sure how they would turn out… They are DELISH! And moist. Very impressed.In the meantime, as your muffin-munching-mouth chews through each juicy blueberry and swirls each almond-studded bite across your taste buds.
