    Biscuits are what take us into the kitchen today to cook: fat, you can always add more flour to get the right texture.My belly and heart thank you for this recipe. I rarely, just a lot of them weren't perfect. I wanted perfect.

    I have found that when you cut out the biscuits with a cutter, These were a huge hit with my mom and daughter. The first time i made them they were kinda ugly but awesome. Made them again tonight and they were much prettier. I brushed the tops with melted butter this time. I might try adding garlic and cheese next time.I don't remember where I read it, about an inch thick. Fold it over and gently pat it down again. Repeat. Cover the dough loosely with a kitchen towel and allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
